Join the Chequamegon Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, League of Women Voters of Ashland and Bayfield Counties, and Building Unity/Fight for Our Lives Democracy Tour for an outdoor service featuring democracy.
Democracy is the primary way to affirm the inherent worth and dignity of every person. Instead of a message, attendees are invited to bring poems to read about democracy, peace, unity or anything that is sustaining you in these times. A celebration of life for the Voting Rights Act will also be included.
All are welcome! Please bring a lawn chair and a dish to pass for potluck fellowship to follow.
